Arterne CIC met the care home team in August 2017 after they had received a rating of 5 inadequates…… Update in April 2019….we had a call from our CQC Inspector congratulating us on our ‘Outstanding in Care’ and 4 good ratings following our most recent inspection….lots of thanks and love in helping us get there.
